RAY BROOK— New York State Police Troop B will host an open house at its Ray Brook headquarters, this Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The open house will feature demonstrations and the opportunity to speak with local Troopers and specialty units including the Drone, K9, and SCUBA teams.
The event will also feature a paintball shooting competition and a kid-friendly “Road to the Badge” activity, which will also award participants with a prize once completed.
Demonstrations from the K9 Unit will take place at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
SCUBA demonstrations will take place at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
A defensive tactics demonstration will take place at 1:30 p.m.
The event will take place at the State Police Troop B headquarters at 1097 New York state Highway 86, Ray Brook.
