HERMON — A Russell man was charged with driving while intoxicated Aug. 10 following a motor vehicle accident on CR 21, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Brian J. Snell, 48, was charged with first-offense DWI, officers said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was allegedly .14%.
He was cited and released, officers said.
