MASSENA -- A Romanian citizen has been arrested for grand larceny in the village of Massena.
Laurentiu Dragusin was charged with Grand Larceny 2nd: Value over $50,000 (C Felony), Identity Fraud 1st: Steals value over $2,000 (D Felony), Unlawful Possession Personal Identification 3rd (A Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession Skimmer Device 2nd (A Misdemeanor).
Massena Police Department Detectives were assisted by the St. Lawrence County District Attorney's Office, St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, Village of Potsdam Police Department, Village of Canton Police Department, Department of Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Police say no further details will be provided at this time.
