A ribbon cutting for 11 West, the new Canton restaurant, located at 6182 US-11 was held Tuesday, Aug. 13. Cutting the ribbon were owners Michael Frazer, left, and owner/manager Les Baker. Chefs Everett Penders and Dalton Collins stood behind them. Also in attendance were assistant managers Marta Kowalski-Jordan and Victoria Wierzbicki, and representatives from the Canton Town and Village, and St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.
