Ribbon cutting at new Canton restaurant

A ribbon cutting for 11 West, the new Canton restaurant, located at 6182 US-11 was held Tuesday, Aug. 13. Cutting the ribbon were owner Michael Frazer, left, and manager Les Baker. Chefs Everett Penders and Dalton Collins stood behind them. Also in attendance were assistant managers Marta Kowalski-Jordan and Victoria Wierzbicki, and representatives from the Canton Town and Village, and St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.
