Potsdam Central student Constantine Darie recently held a library concert April 20 to raise money for his trip with American Music Abroad this summer. The concert featured pieces by Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart, Saint Saens and Cohen. Darie, a high school student at PCS, has been selected to play cello as well as to sing in a chorus this July as part of the group. He will perform alongside more than 150 students from America in five counties, including Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Germany and Switzerland.
