Patricia V. Robert, 52, South Colton, was ticketed for failure to use designated lane on Aug. 21 following a motor vehicle accident on Maple St. Potsdam police determined Robert was at fault for the accident.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Sept. 11.

Ashley J. Harper, 32, Parishville, was ticketed Aug. 21 for following too closely following a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident. Police determined that Harper was at fault for the accident.

Sheila Lloyd, 51, Massena, wass charged with petit larceny on Aug. 22 at the Potsdam Police Department. Lloyd was arrested on a warrant issued by Potsdam Town Court stemming from an incident reported to police on June 26 in which Lloyd had stolen items from a local business on Market Street on June 23.

Lloyd is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court on Sept. 11.

Michael F. Marlow, 79, Malone, was charged with improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, failure to keep right, and operating without insurance on Aug. 22 on Sandstone Drive.

Marlow was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets after patrol observed him cross the yellow line on Sandstone Drive. During the stop the vehicle was found to have no insurance, no inspection, no registration and to have the plates from another vehicle. The vehicle was towed from the stop by Johnson's Towing.

The tickets are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Sept. 25.
