POTSDAM — A former Potsdam resident will be part of the 2024 Special Olympics North American Softball Championship in Pennsylvania Sept. 5-8.
Curt Walters, Class of 2014 at Potsdam Central School, is one of 15 intellectually impaired athletes from the Zephyrhills, Dade City, New Port Richey, and Lacoochee areas who will compete from the The Pasco Stars softball team.
This will be the fourth time the team will be defending their gold title.
