MASSENA — A Potsdam man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident on SH 37 Saturday evening, according to state police.
Jeffery D. Morrill, 53, was charged with two counts of aggravated DWI at 5:15 p.m., officers said. His blood-alcohol content was higher than .18% and he has a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years, police said.
The DWI charges are felonies.
Morrill was ordered held without bail, officers said.
