Potsdam, LifeNet ink new deal

The village has worked out a new agreement with the emergency medical helicopter company based at Damon Field Airport that will mean more rent paid to the municipality. Village Administrator Isabelle Gates-Shult told village board members at their meeting May 19th that a new arrangement had been made, after she met with representatives of Air Methods Corporation. The company provides emergency medical helicopter services throughout the country, and operates locally as LifeNet New York 7-9 Potsdam. See story here.
