Beautiful peak foliage will be found in Ogdensburg and at spots throughout St. Lawrence County this week. According to the most recent I LOVE NY Fall Foliage Report, volunteer observers say there is a 75% change at the Seaway Visitor Center at Eisenhower Lock in Massena with mostly yellow and orange leaves and a few touches of red.
