Patricia "Patty" Ann Saville, 75, Canton

CANTON - Patricia “Patty” Ann Saville, 75, of Buck Street, Canton died March 10, 2025 at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Lawrence Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Canton has been entrusted with Patty’s care and arrangements.

Patty was born March 13, 1949 in Glens Falls NY and was a daughter of the late Ashley Harrington and Margaret Paris Harrington. She grew up in Hudson Falls and attended High School there. She later earned her GED, trained and became a machinist at General Electric in Schenectady and subsequently worked for Northern Indiana Brass in the same capacity. In 1991 she came to Massena and worked at ALCOA for several years as a construction electrician.

Patty is survived by her long-time companion Helen Bunt of Canton NY; a son David Clouston of FL, her beloved brother Robert (Deborah) S. Harrington of Nappanee IN, Patty is also survived by many close friends who loved her like family.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her stepmother Madge Harrington, and stepfather Harold White.

Patty was very active in the Lakeroad Ferret Farm in Naples NY. She was an animal lover for sure, but also enjoyed word games, science fiction and playing on her tablet.
