MASSENA —The Nicandri Nature Center is offering outdoor yoga at the nature center this summer.
Instructors from The Yoga Studio in Massena will lead classes Tuesdays at 5:30 pm in July and August.
Participants should bring a mat if they have one. Some mats and blocks are available for loan for those that need them.
Programs are free of charge and no registration is required.
