OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged with burglary of a business on Jan. 15, according to city police.
Lance Breyette, 29, was charged with third-degree burglary at 11:47 p.m. following a report of a burglary in progress, police said.
Beyette was arrested for allegedly entering a smoke shop at 428 State Street.
Police did not identify the name of the store.
The subject allegedly stole several items while inside the business.
Breyette was turned over to county jail officials to face a bench warrant, officers said.
