OGDENSBURG — Two city residents were charged with felony drug possession on Oak Street on Aug. 30, according to Ogdensburg police.
Donald A. Dobbs III, 37, and Courtney M. Barber, 31, were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies, officers said.
Barber was also arrested on a NYS parole warrant, officers said.
Both subjects were jailed without bail in county jail, police said.
