OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged with drug possession and larceny Aug. 7, according to state police.
Julian McLean, 37, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny at 6:35 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released, police said.
