OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged with burglary at Walmart Aug. 30, according to city police.
Tory A. Pray, 39, was charged with third-degree burglary and failure to appear, police said.
Pray was arraigned and held for extradition by Ontario County sheriff’s for an active warrant, officers said.
