NORWOOD — The Norwood-Norfolk Central School Board of Education has selected Brooke Reid as its next Superintendent of Schools.
Reid is currently the assistant superintendent for instruction at the Ogdensburg City School District.
"The Board has carefully reviewed all stakeholder input, as well as reference checks and review of qualifications," according to a release from the district. "This input was critical in helping the Board of Education make a final selection.
The Board is nearing completion of an employment contract with Reid. Based on the terms of that contract, she will be formally appointed at an upcoming board meeting.
"The Board would like to thank the community, faculty, staff and the various constituencies for their patience and assistance with this process," the release said.
