NORWOOD — The Norwood Clark-Robinson Post 68 American Legion supported the residents of the NYS Veterans Home located in Oxford, NY by providing them custom made hats for their Honor Guard.
The Veterans Home Honor Guard provides a memorial salute for their residents that pass away at the facility.
The Post 68 Commander, David Butterfield and 2nd Vice Commander Jeff Gerrish worked with Randy at Potsdam's Great Northern Printing to design a custom hat specifically for the residents.
The Legion Command team drove down to Oxford March 7th where they visited with the 30 members of the Honor Guard and presented them their much appreciated hats.
