PIERREPONT -- A Norfolk resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident July 12, according to state police
Mark C. Lafreniere, 39, was charged with aggravated DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, both felonies, police said.
He was cited at 9:30 p.m. and released to a third party, officers said.
