POTSDAM -- Mushroom Bisque Painting with Nav Atkinson on June 14.
Unleash your creativity and celebrate International Game of Shrooms Day by painting your own mini mushroom at SLC Arts, at the Creative Spirit Community Arts Center, 6-8 Raymond St.
Perfect for all ages, this fun-filled activity lets you paint a bisque-fired mushroom with vibrant glaze colors.
Once you're done, we'll label and fire your masterpiece, making it ready for pick-up in the coming weeks. 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
$12 per mushroom.
All materials provided (bisque-fired pottery, glaze paints, brushes).
Your mushroom will be fired and available for pick-up after firing.
Pre-register for programs at https://slcartscouncil.org/education, call (315) 265-6860, or visit the Creative Spirit Community Arts Center.
Don't have time to paint a mushroom? Stop by our booth at the Potsdam Pride Vendor Fair and participate in the Game of Shrooms.
We’ll be hiding little hand-painted mushrooms around the fair for participants to find.
Find a shroom, bring it back to our booth, and win a prize.
