OGDENSBURG — Three Ogdensburg residents charged with felonies stemming from a Jan. 12 traffic stop, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Amber M. Chambers, 49; Edward M. Lovely, 45; and James K. Raffery, 45 were each charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, deputies said.
Officers reportedly confiscated about 4.5 grams of methamphetamine.
All three individuals were arranged in Hermon court by Judge Velez and released on their own recognizances, deputies said.
