MASSENA -- A Massena man was charged with speeding on April 18.
Massena Police charged Jake Amo, 24, with speeding on North Main Street at 7:03 p.m.
Police also charged Massena resident Jason Primo, 45, with obstructing a crosswalk on Main Street on April 19.
A uniform traffic ticket was issued for the offense.
Devon Martin, 27, was charged with driving on the sidewalk on April 19.
The incident occurred on Cornell Avenue and resulted in a traffic ticket.
