Massena Police Blotter, May 30-June 5

MASSENA— Tracey Sloan, 65, of Norwood, was issued a uniform traffic ticket May 30 for unsafe backing, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Sloan was ticketed following an investigation on East Orvis Street. 

Kaiden Laclair, 21, of Louisville, was charged June 2 with one count seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count criminal possession of a weapon, and one count second-degree aggravated harassment, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Laclair was charged following an investigation on East Orvis Street. 

Austin Provost, 30, of Massena, was charged June 2 with one count second-degree criminal contempt, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Provost was charged following an investigation on Maple Street. 

Hunter Lamay, 30, of Massena, was arrested June 2 on a bench warrant, according to Massena Police.

Matthew W. Stewart, 47, of Massena, was charged June 3 with one count third-degree criminal mischief, one count fourth-degree grand larceny, and was arrested with an active bench warrant, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Stewart was charged following an investigation on Country Drive. 

Dawn M. Smoke, 48, of Hogansburg, was arrested June 3 on a warrant, Massena Police say. 

Annie R. Jacobs, 30, of Hogansburg, was issued uniform traffic tickets June 4 for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, speed not reasonable, and failure to stop at a red light, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Jacobs was cited following an investigation at the intersection of state Highway 37 and Grove Street. 

Matthew M. Howard, 45, of Massena, was charged June 4 with two counts petit larceny, Massena Police say, 

Village police report that Howard was charged following an investigation on Francis Street. 

Tonya Scotia, 41, of Norfolk, was charged June 4 with one count petit larceny, according to Massena Police. 

Amanda K. Swiger, 42, of Massena, was arrested June 4 on a bench warrant, Massena Police say. 

Michael A. Coleman, 20, of Massena, was arrested June 4 on a bench warrant, according to Massena Police.

Kristopher Razis, 18, of Brasher, was issued a uniform traffic ticket June 5 for following too closely, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Razis was ticketed following an investigation at the intersection of East Orvis and Glenn streets. 

Jenna Herne, 20, of Akwesasne, was charged June 5 with one count fourth-degree criminal mischief, one count second-degree harassment, and one count second-degree criminal trespass, Massena Police say. 

Tanner McGregor, 26, of Massena, was issued an appearance ticket June 5 for petit larceny, Massena Police say. 

Jacob Farrell, 34, of Massena, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny, Massena Police say. 

Izayah Thompson, 25, of Massena, was charged June 5 with one count petit larceny, one count second-degree menacing, one count fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one count criminal obstruction of breathing, Massena Police say. 

Village police report that Thompson was charged following an investigation on Park Street.
