OGDENSBURG — About 1,400 people appeared downtown, many dressed in a variety of costumes, at the 7th Annual Ogdensburg Trunk or Treat on Saturday, Oct. 19.

The parking lot across from the Dobisky Center had 28 local businesses, organizations and families passing out candy from the trunks of their cars.

The Community Health Center of the North Country and Seaway Valley Prevention Council hosted the popular Trunk or Treat event.

Also, Ogdensburg’s Maple Fest was held at Morrisette Park in the afternoon, with many family-friendly activities.

The park was  abuzz with bounce houses, pumpkin painting, games, a petting zoo, hay wagon rides, food trucks, and music.
