Many locals visit St. Lawrence Nurseries tree sale

More than 135 people attended a recent in-person tree sale hosted by St. Lawrence Nurseries at their location on 6527 State Highway 56. The event gave visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the meticulous process of preparing bare-root fruit and nut trees, with each bundle carefully packed by hand. St. Lawrence Nurseries, owned by Alyssa and Connor Hardiman, is known for its focus on organic, cold-hardy varieties tailored to the North Country climate. "Whether you're planting your first apple tree or expanding your food forest, we're honored to be part of your journey," said the owners.
