WADDINGTON — A Florida man is accused of disabling equipment to prevent an emergency phone call, according to state police.
Maurice T. Reese, 48, Fort Piece. Fla., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 8:40 p.m., police said.
He was released on his own recognizance, police said.
