'Lucky Duck' at Massena Home Based Head Start

Adrian Frego practices turn taking and color matching skills while playing “Lucky Ducks” during a visit from Massena Home Based Head Start.  This program is part of the St. Lawrence County Community Development Program.  Head Start is currently recruiting three and four year old students for the 2025-2026 school year.
