LISBON -- Lisbon Homecoming is set for Aug. 15-17 with live music, ice cream, train rides, fireworks, carnival games and a parade.
Thursday, Aug. 15
Michael Reed will be performing at the Railroad Depot 6:30 to 8:00. Bring a chair and see the town’s new Pavilion
Friday, Aug. 16
Ice Cream Social at the White Church, 4-7 p.m.
Norwood Bass Brand at the Railroad Depot 6:30-8 p.m. Performance will be at the Pavilion, food and refreshments are donated by the Town Board members and all proceeds will benefit the Railroad Depot Museum.
Small Town Ramblers will be at the American Legion from 7-11 p.m. The band is sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, admission is $5.
Saturday, Aug. 17
Fun Run/5K sponsored by the Lisbon Wesleyan Church, registration is at 7:15 a.m. at the Fireman’s Field with an 8 a.m. start time
8 a.m.–2 p.m. Book sale at the Hepburn Library
All Day – Town Wide Garage Sales
9 a.m.–2 p.m. Free clothing at the Lisbon Wesleyan Church
12 p.m. Lisbon FD Chicken BBQ serving until gone
3-9:30 p.m. Fireman’s Field – Dunk tank, bounce house, face painting, photo booth, games sponsored by Seaway Valley Prevention, food truck vendors
4-5 p.m. Parade down Main Street
5:30-9:30 p.m. Live entertainment by The Black Lakers at the Fireman’s Field
6-9 p.m. Children’s train rides from the Pray Road to Fireman’s Field
9:30 p.m. Fireworks
