MASSENA - Services for Lawrence H. Cornell, 74, a resident of 227 Bayley Road, Massena, will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. Burial will be held in the Crary Mills Cemetery following the services. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Larry passed away on Sunday, April, 20, 2025 at his home.

Larry was born on July 22, 1950. He was born in Potsdam and raised in Canton. Later in life he resided in Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake before moving to his home in Massena in February of 2022. He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence Cornell and Dorothy Snell Cornell and his brother, Marcus Cornell. He is survived by his cousins Susan and Jim Obrist.

Larry was a very happy and quiet man with a lot of character. He loved county music, playing his guitar and sitting with his corn cob pipe. He also enjoyed interacting with game shows and going out for Donuts and McDonalds.
