James C. Buda Jr., 77, Parishville

PARISHVILLE – James C. Buda Jr., 77, of Parishville and formerly of Rochester died Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at the North Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Highland Nursing Home) in Massena where he had been a resident for some time.

James was born May 16, 1947 in Rochester, a son of the late James C. Sr. and Lucille Buda.

He graduated from local high schools and then assisted with the family restaurant and hospitality business in the Rochester area.

James enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping and anything outdoors.

He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends as well as his brothers at Lord’s MC of Rochester.

James is survived by his wife Darlene; sons James C. Buda III, Christopher Buda (April Bebee), Mark D. (Erin) Buda and Terry A. Buda, step-son Danny (Crystal) Tingue; grandchildren, Sara, Alysa, Raelynn, Tyler, Nolan, Griffin, Sloan, James IV, Keanu, Cyrano, Cole and Danny III, also great-grandchildren, Allie Mae, Greyson.

In addition to his parents, James Sr. and Lucille, he was predeceased by a brother, David P. Buda.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
