HARRISVILLE — The Harrisville Central School Drama Club will perform Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” later this month.

The musical highlights the familiar tale of Belle and a cursed prince who must learn to love and be loved before time runs out to break the enchantress's spell.

The talented student cast features Isabelle Miller as Belle, Aiden Mera as the Beast, Payton Henry as Gaston, Richard Darou as Lumiere, Jaelin Fayette as Cogsworth and Makenna Turturro as Mrs. Potts.

Students will put on two performances this year; Friday, March 28, at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, March 29, at 2 p.m.

Each performance is expected to last for approximately one hour, making it ideal for families with young children. All are welcome to attend either of the performances at the Harrisville Central School Auditorium.

Both performances are free and open to the public, although donations are welcomed and appreciated.
