CANTON — Parents, caregivers, and community members are invited to attend Nurturing Potential, a free in-person event that explores early childhood development through the lens of primitive reflexes. The event will take place Tuesday, June 17, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Human Services Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 80 State Highway 310.
Join Megan Pebbles, a licensed occupational therapist, for a fun learning session about primitive reflexes. These are the basic movement patterns that babies have and they are important for how children grow and develop. Megan will share helpful tips, answer your questions, and advise parents and professionals on how to better support children’s developmental needs.
Children are welcome at the event, which is designed to be both informative and family-friendly.
