CLIFTON — A woman received help from forest rangers following a report of a person having an allergic reaction near Burnt Bridge Trail, according to the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).
Officers said the 23-year old woman had skin irritation, but was breathing fine.
DEC officials said the woman was experiencing an anxiety attack.
Rangers reportedly calmed the hiker and walked her out of the woods.
Resources were clear at 8:52 p.m.
