To the Editor:
Falls Fest 2024, held this past weekend, was an incredible success, drawing in attendees from near and far for a weekend filled with fun, music, food, and family. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and supported this year’s event.
A special thank you goes out to Nick, Shirley, and Rick Calton; Connie and Randy McAllister; Jim Gushea; Derrick Conway; Lisa Poor; Stacy Jones; and the entire North Country Savings Bank crew. Their countless hours of preparation and commitment leading up to Falls Fest set us up for success. We are especially grateful to our partners at North Country Savings Bank for stepping up to run our concessions and beer tent, making the event even more enjoyable for everyone.
We also want to acknowledge our Diamond Level sponsors: B&L Construction and Excavating, North Country Savings Bank, and Superior Plus Propane once again. Your generous support allowed us to bring exceptional talent to The Falls this season, including performances by Tame the Rooster, Josh Cox & the Rattle Snakes, and Tom Nitti and Ashley Bryant.
Additionally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my family for their unwavering support during the planning process over the last 10 months. Thank you for listening and encouraging me throughout the planning process. Your love and support mean the world to me.
One of the highlights of the weekend was hearing a gentleman at dinner Sunday remark, “I really love seeing the kids out playing and dancing; it felt so American and was tons of fun.” This sentiment perfectly encapsulates the spirit of Falls Fest—bringing families together and creating joyful memories.
This year’s Falls Fest was indeed an epic celebration that showcased the strength and spirit of our community. Thank you all for being a part of it and for helping us create lasting memories.
We look forward to seeing everyone again next year.
