Earthbound Bread visit

POTSDAM – The Potsdam Food Co-op will host Earthbound Bread owner and former Carriage House baker Christoff Bemis from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a tasting of wholegrain and sourdough breads. Bemis began baking at the Co-op in 2014 and now runs Earthbound Bread in Pierrepont. The event will feature signature loaves, including Vollkornbrot and Maple Spelt, with accompaniments provided by the Co-op. All are welcome.
