David W. Raymon, 69, Heuvelton

HEUVELTON - David W. Raymon age 69, of Heuvelton, NY, passed away Monday February 17, 2025 at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.

Per his wishes, no services will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fox & Murray Funeral Home.

David was born on May 2, 1955, in Ogdensburg, NY, to the late Grover and Dorothy (O'Grady) Raymon. He graduated from Heuvelton Central School in 1973. On October 3, 1987, David married Darlene Pike.

As a young man, David worked on the family farm in Depeyster before moving on to work at the cheese factory in Ogdensburg. He later spent over 20 years at Losurdo Foods in Heuvelton.

David had a passion for collecting coins and fine knives, and loved to watch NFL football, NASCAR and WWE wrestling.

David is survived by his children, Benjamin Raymon and Cheryl Raymon, both of Cazenovia, NY; his brother, John Raymon of Heuvelton; his sisters, Janet Blackburn and Donna Hazelton (Rick), both of Heuvelton; and his cherished grandchildren, Logan, Hunter, Faith, Ayden, and Teegan. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will deeply miss him. He was predeceased by an infant son, William.

In honor of David's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Richard E. Winter Cancer Center (5 Lyon Place, Ogdensburg, NY 13669), the Heuvelton Volunteer Fire Department (95 State Street, Heuvelton, NY 13654), or the Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad (1223 Pickering Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669).
