OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg is looking to hire an experienced assessor.
The City of Ogdensburg is accepting applications for the position with a salary set between $70,000 to $80,000 and fringe benefit package including NYS retirement and platinum-level health insurance significantly covered by the City.
Those interested in applying will need a Bachelor's Degree and six months experience in an occupation involving the valuation of real property, such as assessor, appraiser, valuation data manager, real property appraisal aide or the likeG or graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered two-year college with an Associate's Degree and one year of the experience.
Alternatively those in possession of a high school diploma, highs school equivalency diploma or possession of an Individual Education Plan diploma and two years of the experience.
