Cemetery restoration in Potsdam

The Bayside Cemetery Association in Potsdam has completed the restoration of the cross-bearing tower within the sandstone entrance to the cemetery. This year, a crew from Lupini Construction of Utica removed all loose mortar from the lower sections of the tower. They then epoxied any stones that had begun to delaminate. The stones were then reinstalled and all missing mortar was replaced. A series of drain passages was also installed. See story here.
