Fresh Start Supervised Visitation is a new initiative from Catholic Charities that hopes to meet a desperate need in St. Lawrence County. Supervised visitation is a court ordered requirement that allows some family members, usually biological parents, to bond with children who may be in foster care or in custody disputes.
