'Caring for Your Cemetery Day'

St. Lawrence County cemeteries will participate in the second annual “Caring for Your Cemetery Day” on April 26, 2025. Volunteers are invited to assist with spring cleanup at Maple Grove Cemetery in North Lawrence, starting at 10 a.m. Also, Union Cemetery, Stockholm, will also host a cleanup starting at 10 a.m. Reach out to Bruce Winters at winters4@att.net for details. The event, organized by the NY Department of State, aims to recruit volunteers and raise awareness about cemetery preservation.
