CANTON — A Canton woman was charged following an order or protection complaint Nov. 30, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Heather R. Besaw, 26, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt on April 19, officers said.
She was cited and released, deputies said.
