POTSDAM - The annual Canton-Potsdam Hospital Guild Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, July 12, at Potsdam Town & Country Club, with registration 8-8:45 a.m. and shotgun start at 9 a.m.
Team entry fee is $90 per person or $360 per team. The cost includes 18 holes of play with cart, a buffet luncheon, prizes and a silent auction.
Pike Construction Services is the Premier Partner again this year.
Sponsorships are being sought at the platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels, and donations or gifts for tournament prizes and a silent auction are appreciated.

Registration deadline is July 1. Registration forms can be emailed to guild.cph@gmail.com or mailed to CPH Guild at PO Box 5184, Potsdam.
