A swarm of bees shut down part of Market Street Tuesday afternoon. Village police and DPW workers responded to the scene and blocked the area off for pedestrian safety. A beekeeper was called in to help. Police said the area was cleared around 4:30 p.m. Photo courtesy of Potsdam police.
