Brasher Tri-Town Winter Carnival snow turtle annual snow sculpture contest

Kicking off Winter Carnival in Tri-Town was the Annual Snow Sculpture Contest, sponsored by Hammill Funeral home in Winthrop.  The Collins/Fukes Family displays their Disney inspired masterpiece, while celebrating the magic of winter in Tri-Town.
