Author of “African Americans of St. Lawrence County: North Country Pioneers” will speak Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 6 pm at the Ogdensburg Public Library. In celebration of Black History Month, Bryan S. Thompson will read excerpts from his book. He will be available to sign copies of his book following the presentation.
