STAR LAKE — The Office for the Aging, in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension, is offering a Free Bingocize Program for older adults; age 60 and up, beginning July 14. Bingocize combines bingo, exercise, falls prevention and health education.
The class will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. at the Clifton Fine Community Center and run for a total of 10 weeks.
Play bingo, win prizes, while having fun increasing your fitness level. Space is limited. Call 315-386-4730 to register.
