Aline M. Stark, 91, Ogdensburg

OGDENSBURG- Aline M. Stark, age 91 passed away on March 7, 2025 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, 515 Caroline St., Ogdensburg.

Aline was born on April 29, 1933 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Joseph Lavoie and Marie Louise Metivier. Aline graduated from St. Claire’s Catholic School in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. On December 30, 1991 she married Philip Stark in Florida. Aline worked as a mill worker in several different mills throughout the area. She was also a cook at the Lisbon Store in Lisbon, NY for many years.

Aline is survived by her husband, her two daughters, Monique and Roger Fleury and Denise and Gary Ruo, her three grandchildren Norman and Raymond Fleury and Angela Wong, her three great grandchildren Alfred and Tamryn Fleury and Maya Wong. Her special sis Linda Stark-Warneke. She is predeceased by her siblings, Theresa Lanctot, Connie Bibeault, Norman Lavoie, Rachal Emmons, and Madeline J. McIntyre.

Aline enjoyed cooking and cleaning, taking care of Phil, and doing crossword puzzles and doing embroidery. Aline also loved going to the beach and spending the day.
