MASSENA -- The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce's Massena Community Office is looking for businesses and organizations to participate in its new event, 2025 SpringFest, from Sunday, April 20 through Sunday, April 27. Local businesses or organizations will host events and hold sales. All programs, discounts, sales and events will be listed on the “2025 SpringFest” event page on the chamber website.
