To the writer of “Help American Vehicles” (Sound Off, Feb. 1-7): You think that driving an “American” car makes you a better American? What makes people good Americans is helping those in need regardless of where their car was made, or what country they are from. And by the way, your “American” car might be assembled in America, but most of the parts probably come from foreign countries. Hopefully you don’t break down and the only people who drive by refuse to help people driving “American” cars.
