Jim Sheehan wants property he owns in Potsdam to be zoned so he can build on it. Either way, Steve Warr, a member of the village board and owner of an electrical supply business, says he supports anything that developer Jim Sheehan wants to do. I am all for the building, and I don’t think this should necessarily reflect on Sheehan, but should Warr be voting on these things, since his business could end up making money out of it?
